Project Description
This project was to create an object that has sentimental value to you through a 3d printer.
I knew from when we were giving this project that I was going to 3d print a cat. As someone who doesn’t hold that much sentimental value in objects, I find value in cats. I have always been a cat person my entire life. I adore cats, I have 5 at home right now. I figured that I could loosely base my 3d printed cat off of one of my cats, so I planned on creating a chubby little black cat.
Reflection
I have never 3d printed something before but I have always wanted to. This was a wonderful experience that made me learn a lot. I did struggle a bit with the app but I got past it and was able to produce this gem. I do love how simplistic I made it. I do wish I could see a version of it that has a lot more defined features, such as eyes and whiskers. Im super proud of this and im happy that I was able to create something that I love so much.
